All fees will differ from lender to lender, but it is important to note that all other fees are not associated directly with the cost of the loan. Furthermore, all fees should be well documented in the settlement statement.
Other fees are as follows:
Underwriting fees - their may be other fees associated with the underwriting process, this depends on the lender being used
Document Preparation - lenders charge this fee for drawing up documentation for the loan
Appraisal Review Fee - although a borrower may have already pre-paid for an appraisal the lender wants to ensure the quality of the appraisal, and verify that the appraisal is of fair market value
Wire Transfer Fee - a fee charged by the title company to acquire closing documents from the lender
Remember not all of these fees will be implemented into every loan, but just know that these fees may be added during the closing process.
